Are your products vegan?

Yes! We are proud to work extra hard to make our products vegan. We don't use palm oil in our cosmetics - which although a plant, is linked to damaging deforestation so we don't use it. Our candles and melts don't have beeswax (derived from animals), instead, they are made with soy wax which is considered better for the environment as it can be harvested quicker than its consumed.

Are you cruelty-free?

Yes! All of our products and raw materials are from reputable suppliers that do not test on animals. You can also find Buff Products on PETA's database here.

Where are products made?

All of our items are made in the UK. We are based in Essex near the Thames Estuary.

Delivery and Returns

Where do you ship?

We currently ship anywhere in the United Kingdom. Unfortunately we do not ship internationally, but if it changes we'll update you.

When will my order dispatch?

Orders are processed in 1 business day (excluding Bank Holidays and weekends).

Can I return my order?

We accept returns on order up to 30 days after you receive your order. Soap bar packaging has seals for hygienic reasons, if the seal is unbroken and items unopened you can return your order. Please contact us at hellobuffsoap[at]gmail.com or via the contact form on the site for help with your order.

My order has arrived damaged

If your order has arrived damaged and something isn't quite up to scratch, please get in touch right away so we can make it right at hellobuffsoap[at]gmail.com.

Where is my order?

Orders are dispatched in 1 business day. Standard shipping is 2-3 days and First Class is 1-2 business days. Dispatched emails include tracking numbers you can use to follow your order. If your items have not arrived in 10 working days please contact us so we can help at hellobuffsoap[at]gmail.com. 

Shipping strikes with couriers and companies are outside of our control. But we'll endeavour to do our best so you get your order prompt and as soon as possible.

I forgot to add an item

If you've forgot to add something to your order please contact us immediately at hellobuffsoap[at]gmail.com. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day, we'll do our best to combine orders if we can but we cannot guarantee if your first items have already been dispatched.

My order is missing items

If you've received your order and believe some items are missing please get in touch and we'll do what we can to make it right.

My discount code isn't working?

We offer a range of discount codes, from 3 For 2 site wide during promotional events, to percentage off entire orders. However, there is only one discount that can be applied per order, discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with another offer. This does not affect your free shipping over orders £15.

For 3 For 2 orders, the cheapest item in your cart will be eligible for free. You can stack this offer, and order 6 for 4, 9 for 6, etc.

About Us

Who are you?

We're Buff (Buff Products Ltd) and we handcraft vegan soap bars, lip scrubs, soy wax candles and wax melts. We strive to have more gorgeous, eco-friendly and cruelty-free products on the shelves.

Why choose Buff?

We handmake our products with the Earth and you in mind. Not only are our products cruelty-free, vegan and handmade, but we don't use SLS or parabens either. Our soap is infused with shea butter to keep your skin nourished after use (and they smell delicious, but we are biased!). Lip scrubs have Vitamin E to keep them soft and smooth, and our candles are invigorating and strong-smelling. When it comes to our wax melts, they're long-lasting and reusable to save your bank account.

Are you eco-friendly?

We don't use plastic in our packaging - soaps are wrapped in recyclable wax paper and cardboard boxes, and our lip scrubs come in glass jars. Candles are frosted glass and in cardboard tubes, and our lovely wax melts are delivered in recyclable glassine bags. We opt for paper and eco-friendly packaging (biodegradable corn worms). Sometimes, we'll re-use not-so-friendly packaging we receive in supply orders so that it doesn't go straight to the landfill after one use.
